Risotto con la Maresina De.Co.:

Ingredients for 4 people:

300 gr. of rice “Vialone Nano” from Grumolo delle Abbadesse
6 sprays of Maresina
50 gr. of peeled onion
40 gr. of raped Parmesan
30 gr. of butter
20 gr. of speck
1 and a half lt.of broth
half glass of white wine
2 spoonfuls of mascarpone (a creamy cheese)
pepper q.b. (sufficient)

Preparation:

Brown the onion in the butter, pour the rice and stir by toasting it delicately, add the wine and make it evaporate.
Bring the rice to half of the cooking time by adding little by little some hot broth. Gas off add the mascarpone, the raped parmesan and little pepper, stir vigorously, cover and leave it to stand for a few minutes. Serve it on hot dishes. Advised wine: Bianco di Custoza.

Invented by Corso Italia47 Caffe’ di Valdagno together with Carlotto Liquori. Delicious all day long cocktail made with Maresina, Amaro ‘900 Carlotto, Hugo and Prosecco; made with build technique.

52 Mule Road is an Italian and homemade gin distillate, born in the vicentine PreAlps. Made with 9 herbs among which Maresina which provides it with the typical bitterish flavour, it represents the tribute to the 52 Galleries Route which lead to Pasubio.
